Those who participated in our follow-up coaching and follow-up 360 (approximately
500 participants), improved an average of 11 percentile points above their first
scores, with many showing better than twenty percent (20%) improvement over
their initial pre-program scores.

talent management and talent retention solutions for our clientele where we
