We are 'toolmakers' for leaders in the trenches. Ask those who know. Learn as you teach. Work as you learn. It takes all kinds. It takes many ways. Many kind of 'smarts.' Look below the surface. Commitment is behavioral. When it's done, it all begins.”
Frank Lee,
Master Facilitator-Coach
Every Frank Lee Associates lead facilitator is an expert in leadership, team, and organization development and has been in the field an average of 20 or more years. Business strategy and change management are additional areas of expertise that we all share.
We have all been HR executives employed by or engaged with hi-tech companies (Internet, computer hardware/software, bio-tech, pharmaceutical, and research), retail, financial/consulting services, and distribution companies for the better part of their 20 years as consultants and trainers.
All of our lead facilitators have facilitated both seminars and management conferences with as many as 500 attendees. Two of our lead facilitators are fluent in Japanese; one lead facilitator is fluent in Chinese, and have all been engaged in programs in Asia and Europe, either with Frank Lee Associates or as independent consultant-facilitators.
The diversity of our staff, our record of success around the globe, and our individual and collective attitude of being life-long learners supports our notion of respect and translates into our facilitative and inquisitive style of instruction.
