Leadership Style & Managerial Effectiveness Program (LSME)
For experienced managers, the LSME program puts special emphasis on the challenges faced by managers who lead other managers. It provides a firm look at current leadership style as well as recent research, helping managers to unlearn less-effective behaviors while substituting best practices.
The LSME program includes:

China Leadership Style focuses on what’s required for leadership effectiveness in China and style-switching to accommodate cultural differences while leveraging those differences “on the ground” in China.

Organization Alignment for Business Execution Program (OA)
The OA Program is a customized program designed for intact enterprise/business/functional unit management teams.
The OA program includes:
- An organization alignment assessment for up to one hundred respondents
- An organization alignment assessment report to identify strengths and limitations in current organization effectiveness
- An off-site workshop to analyze the OA report results and craft goals, success metrics, and action strategies for gap areas
- A definitive change action plan, including middle manager and key constituent engagement
- Optional middle management engagement
meetings, as well as operational and administrative infrastructure
consulting to support change initiatives
