Leadership Style & Managerial Effectiveness Program (LSME)

For experienced managers, the LSME program puts special emphasis on the challenges faced by managers who lead other managers. It provides a firm look at current leadership style as well as recent research, helping managers to unlearn less-effective behaviors while substituting best practices.

The LSME program includes: 

  • Off-site seminar with a maximum of 7:1 participant/facilitator ratio
  • Comprehensive 360° Leadership Effectiveness Survey and Report (LER)
  • Communication and management effectiveness assessment
  • Learn-by-doing experiential design with coaching feedback
  • Development action and communications plans
Follow-up FLA Accelerators  
  • Optional on-site implementation coaching to accelerate application of learning’s to work
  • Two (2) follow-up tele-coaching sessions with an FLA facilitator-coach
  • One (1) follow-up 360° Leadership Effectiveness Report
  • One (1) follow-up one-on-one coaching session to analyze pre- and post-assessment results and fully realize one’s leadership potential

China/International Leadership Program (LSOE China)

China Leadership Style focuses on what’s required for leadership effectiveness in China and style-switching to accommodate cultural differences while leveraging those differences “on the ground” in China.

The International Leadership program includes: 

  • Research on leadership competencies and cross-cultural fluency for China
  • Comparison and contrast of global leadership styles
  • Comprehensive 360° Leadership Survey as well as a China Leadership Effectiveness Report

Organization Alignment for Business Execution Program (OA)

The OA  Program is a customized program designed for intact enterprise/business/functional unit management teams.

The OA program includes: 

  • An organization alignment assessment for up to one hundred respondents
  • An organization alignment assessment report to identify strengths and limitations in current organization effectiveness
  • An off-site workshop to analyze the OA report results and craft goals, success metrics, and action strategies for gap areas
  • A definitive change action plan, including middle manager and key constituent engagement
  • Optional middle management engagement meetings, as well as operational and administrative infrastructure consulting to support change initiatives
  • A follow-up OA Report to identify and institutionalize successes and measure progress
  • A definitive change leadership plan for the individual and collective management team members
